At Empireur, we define Leadership as the process with which we think, feel, speak and act to create an outcome. We coin Leadership as the first and foremost process about nurturing self then, others.

The experience of self-leadership is how you lead yourself to cause an outcome.

BUT,

most of us learned how to live stuck in dissatisfaction or achieving less than we know we’re capable of or feeling unbalanced and unfulfilled. Hence, we’re naturally unable to nurture our relationship with others.

Program Duration:

Our Coaching and Training Program typically lasts between four to six months depending on your goals and aspirations.

1. Generational Power Work


We discover how your roots, your family history, your family’s untold stories impacted you in shaping your life’s decisions. We also dive deep to reveal how those stories hold the keys to your lasting empire of generational impact!

Every background is precious and within your ancestors, you hold a unique gift that you present to the world when discovered.

NB: Growth at the Generational Work unlocks the individual’s prosperous vision. We discover the skillset that needs development in the gap between where you are at present and where you want to be in the near future. We refine those skillsets, sharpen them, develop them to serve you on your pursuit to build the pillars of your empire.

Outcome: You’ll learn how to reconnect with the fire inside you to live a meaningful life according to your terms.

2. Foundational Work


In this phase, we help you rebuild your fundamental skills of being that are thinking, listening, feeling and speaking to expand and develop your leadership potential to create outcomes that you desire.


This is where visionary leadership works.

NB: Growth at the foundational work unlocks the individual’s ability to innovate.

Outcome: You’ll create extraordinary results in the different pillars of your empire when you master the abililty to stir your visionary leadership wheel under every circumstance.

3. Goal-Specific Work

Informative learning works best here: Experts are needed to facilitate growth towards a certain goal (that has already been previously achieved by others)


So, if you're looking for a promotion, a restructure , career transition, or a new job or integration into a new environment or company, this is where you learn, practice and master the required strategies , practical framworks and mental states for your desired outcome.

NB: Growth at the goal-specific work unlocks the individual’s ability to be efficient at the work they do.

Outcome: You'll be able to master and be at the source of your desired outcome upon experimentation, training, practice and mastery of the knowledge at this layer.


What To Expect On Your First Call

During your Career Development call, we aim to provide you with clarity, direction, and actionable steps to move forward. Here’s what you can expect:


1. Mindset Coaching:


We’ll coach you to help you discover, become self-aware of the underlying reality of your situation and why your mind is halted, blocked or stopped from going after what you truly desire.


2. Identifying the Bottleneck Challenge:


Where do you stand? Is the challenge really how your mind is thinking about this? or in the lack of effective actions towards the pursuit of your goal.


3. Strategic Solutions:


After you discover where you're truly at, we help you reflect via coaching, science-based methodologies and accelerated learning strategies on how to come up with strategic solutions to take the next best move.


4. Individualized Performance Action Plan:


By the end of the call, you'll be accountable on some actionable steps that arose from our conversation, our job together with you is to make you so clear on how to remove any resistance that you may face in execution of the plan, should you have any from yourself or your enivronment


5. Follow-Up Call:


Within a week, we’ll have a 30-minute follow-up session to hold you accountable, track your progress, and ensure you’re on the right path. If you wish to continue working with us, we’ll create with you how our partnership will evolve.
